Our Code of Conduct

At Lost and Grounded Brewers we are committed to ensuring a safe and inclusive space for our team members and customers at the brewery, our taproom, external events, festivals and across our social media channels. Our aim is to promote equality as well as diversity in an environment free from harassment, discrimination and victimisation. We proudly support the Everyone Welcome Initiative which empowers us to create an inviting and positive beer experience for all. 

All team members of Lost and Grounded Brewers are required to conduct themselves appropriately with respect and to be courteous towards each other as well as customers and suppliers at all times. We also encourage everyone to understand and consider the nine protected characteristics of the Equality Act 2010:

At Lost and Grounded Brewers we have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy against racism, sexism, homophobia, xenophobia, violence or harassment. Any complaints of this nature will be taken seriously and will be followed up with appropriate action. 

Reporting Discrimination or Harassment

We encourage members of our team and the public to report to management if they feel they are being discriminated against or harassed, or if they witness any of these towards another individual. Team members can report incidents to any management personnel. Members of the public can contact us by email: info@lostandgrounded.co.uk where the complaint with be thoroughly investigated and actioned where necessary.
