  • Friendly Festival will take place on Saturday 10th May at Lost and Grounded Brewer’s Taproom located at 91 Whitby Road, Brislington, Bristol, BS44AR.

  • Maximum capacity will be 500 people.

  • The brewery is located in Brislington with links to and from the city centre and Bristol Temple Meads Train Station.

    1.6 Miles from Bristol Temple Meads Station (35 minute walk).

    Bus Services X39 Aquae / 1 / 349 / 522 available from Bristol Temple Meads.

  • Unfortunately there is no onsite parking at this event and we encourage attendees to arrive by foot, public transport or taxis where possible.

    We currently don’t have access to bicycle parking but please look back later for updates.

  • Tickets are restricted to ages 14 years+ and under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult (over 21). Unfortunately due to the nature of the event and limited capacity we are unable to cater for children under 14 or infants. 

    Please note under 18’s must have a full, valid ticket for entry to the event.

  • Gates open at 1pm for ticket entry. The music acts start from 2pm and will finish at 10pm.

  • Once you have registered with Headfirst you will be able to buy and access your tickets digitally on your phone through your account.

    Please ensure you bring your ticket to gain entry to the festival.

  • If you have a problem with your ticket, please contact Headfirst directly using the form on www.headfirstbristol.co.uk/#contact-us.

  • As this is a charity event, tickets are non-refundable. You may transfer your ticket to a friend by sharing directly with them, or if you would like to transfer to a stranger you can use Headfirst’s ticket transfer system which protects buyers from counterfeit tickets. Your original ticket becomes void and a new, valid ticket will be emailed to the transfer recipient. Transfers can be made up to 24 hours before the event.

  • Unfortunately re-entry will not be permitted throughout the day.

  • Last entry for the event is 6pm. Ticket holders will not be able to enter the festival after this time.

  • Access to the festival is level, including event area, outside bars and toilet facilities. This excludes entry to the inside bar and taproom area which has stair access.

    A disabled portaloo toilet will be available – please speak to a member of staff on entry or at the bar for the access code.

  • Whilst we love seeing our four-legged regulars, dogs are not permitted for this event so please can you leave them at home.

  • We will be running bars with a diverse beer and drinks menu, including soft drinks, alcohol free beer, cider, wine, etc. Street food will be available to purchase at the event. Details of the food offering will be announced soon.

  • Outside food and drink is not permitted at this event. Our security team will ask you to leave any of these items at the entry gate.

  • We hope that we will have good, sunny weather on the day, there will be a marquee on site to offer shade or shelter on the day.

  • There will be limited seating both inside and outside. Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate table reservations for this event.
